Fleer adopted a colorful, basketball surface background to their cards.

This card is from the base version of the 1995/96 Fleer Basketball set. The cards to pull from the Series II packs are the Michael Jordan "Total O" insert (1:12 Retail) and the Kevin Garnett "Rookie Phenoms" insert (1:24 Hobby). Both book for an unbelievable... 25 bucks.
